Because this is my journey of how to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. I talk about the ups, the downs, what stuff didn’t work and finally the one thing that did help me achieve my personal goal of losing 30 pounds in 30 days
My journey to lose weight all started when I went to put on some clothes from my days as a single woman. Little did I know how hard it was going to be to actually fit into them. Suprised and disappointed, I knew I needed to do something to get into better shape. So I started researching all kinds of diets, programs and exercises (anything I could find) to help me lose fat fast.
First attempts were disappointing
I first got started by trying out popular diets. Unfortunately, they were far too overwhelming for me adhere to. It was so extreme that in one of these diets, that you couldn’t even eat an apple! On top of these kinds of restrictions, I was always feeling hungry and had little energy during the day.
So my next approach was to join my local gym. That was even worse! With my busy schedule, there was really no way I could find extra time. So going to the gym was not really an option.
Right about this time I was getting quite frustrated, so in a desperate attempt to lose fat fast, I decided to buy a popular ab machine I saw on late night TV. I thought this would be great; I could workout all in the comfort of my home. Boy was I wrong! While purchasing the machine gave me some strange sense of accomplishment (if that makes any sense), after using the device for a few days and following their weight loss guide , I realized how silly I was in getting caught up in the whole sales pitch.
Finally found something that works!
Now at this point in my goal to lose 30 pounds in 30 days, because I had already tried a bunch of programs all designed to lose weight fast, I knew how to quickly eliminate things that were essentially what I tried in the past. Eventually my stubborness to find a solution paid off. I stumbled upon a program that I credit to helping me lose weight quickly and ultimately help me back into my skinny clothes! It’s a program called “Fat Loss 4 Idiots”. The name might sound funny, but who could argue with my results: I was able to lose 30 pounds in just over 30 days!
So what’s it all about? The “Idiot Proof” diet by using a strategy called calorie shifting. This diet program includes step by step instructions designed to jump start your metabolism so that you begin burning calories naturally without having to spend hours in the gym (which has been practical for my busy schedule). After using the program, I was really surprised how well I was able to lose fat from midsection (not to mention drop fat from the rest of my body). One thing, however, I didn’t like about the program is that even though it did indeed help me lose quite a bit of weight, the diet can be a little bit bland. So you might not want to continue the program forever.
For short term weight loss goals, the diet works quite well. As a longer term solution, you could use Fat Loss 4 Idiots to jump-start your weight loss, and then slowly educate yourself into better overall eating habits.
Overall, I feel happier, much healthier and enjoy wearing my skinny jeans once more!

How To Lose Weight Fast Tips
Hey again everybody. In this post, I thought I would take some time to pass on some great tips in my journey to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. So for all of you that have already discovered a weight loss program or method that allows you to lose weight fast, the one thing these programs will likely lack is the single most important factor (probably stopping you from reaching your weight loss goal). It’s very simple: motivation. In my own experience, the biggest secret is being able to stay motivated even when the weight loss has not started to show or is at least very slow.
It might be obvious to many of you (it certainly was for me) but I believe that I was able to lose 30 pounds in a short time-frame because of my burning desire to shed those ugly pounds and reshape my body into what I wanted to really look like. So, to give you a head start in the right direction, here are some of my golden tips to help you get and stay motivated:
1. Start off by taking some time each day visualizing exactly how you wish your body to look. I know this might sound hard and even silly at first, but just take my word for it and give it a try. I mean really see yourself with the sexy toned body you truly want. If you want to achieve a goal like lose 30 pounds in 30 days, you really need to try this out.
2. Set out very small goals for your weight loss journey. It’s easy to say “I want to lose 40 pounds” but the reality of that goal requires you to break it down into small steps, because you realistically cannot lose 40 pounds overnight. Try and make your goals as small as possible (each goal should be so small that you should be able to achieve it effortlessly). This doesn’t mean setting up fat loss goals, as you cannot easily predict actual fat loss from week to week. Rather, the goal might be to take part in some additional exercise or incorporating some further diet tips. The bottom line is to make sure that whatever your goal is, you already know in your mind you can easily do it. It’s simple but quite empowering. Losing weight is a process that is certainly not achieved overnight. But, setting small goals breaks down a seemingly difficult task and makes it easier to stick with and stay focused.
3. Finally, it’s all about being happy. If you are unhappy with yourself, find something, anything, that gives even a small amount of happiness. Listening to your favorite song, talking with a friend, watching a movie, etc. Losing 30, 40, 50+ pounds can be depressing and miserable, but it doesn’t have to be. Lose 30 Pounds In 30 Days – Realistic?
I began a journey to a lose a ton of weight by first setting a lofty goal to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. Now to achieve this seemingly impossible goal, I found many solutions promising ways to lose weight fast or claiming to show you how to lose 30 pounds or just simply giving a lose weight plan. However, what I discovered is that very few of these systems work very well.
With my goal to lose 30 pounds in 30 days in mind, I began to thoroughly research a wide range of solutions including: diet pills and weight loss programs claiming to show the best ways to lose weight as well as various other exercise/diet related systems. One program may recommend to restrict eating certain foods, while another system provides plans for what you should eat altogether. After thorough review to find out how to lose 30 pounds, I was shocked to learn that there is a lot of misinformation about ways to lose weight (and keep it off).
Like most people, I once believed that if I just changed my eating habits to include more health conscious choices I should see some weight loss (maybe drop a few pounds). However, after reviewing a wide variety of weight loss programs and then comparing them to a weight loss system which worked for me, I was really surprised at just how different it was from what most programs are based on. Now I should say that it did take me longer than 30 days to lose 30 pounds but following the program was quite easy and actually fun.
